Rob has 26 years’ experience in the structured debt and corporate finance industry (implementing equity/debt transactions in excess of R16 billion). Experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt/equity raising and implementing BEE equity transactions.
JANNIE DE WET
(Consultant – B. Com, Hons – HED)
Jannie has 16 years of experience in financial accounting, mergers and acquisitions, including international mergers. In-depth knowledge of the food, fishing and agri sectors. Jamie is an independent consultant and has assisted Censeo Capital on various projects.
PETRUS GROBLER
